Role Overview

We’re looking for a Technical Manager who can lead client solutioning, guide our technical team, and uphold excellence in our Salesforce delivery. You’ll work closely with our project manager and development team to translate client organizational goals into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discovery calls with clients
  • Design thoughtful, scalable solutions for Salesforce orgs (primarily Sales Cloud, NPSP, Nonprofit Cloud, Education Cloud & Experience Cloud)
  • Review, delegate, and QA work done by developers
  • Serve as the technical point of contact in client meetings (not all meetings—just strategic ones)
  • Support documentation, internal process improvement, and technical decision-making

Requirements

  • Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications
  • Hands-on experience with at least two of the following: Nonprofit Cloud NPSP, Education Cloud, and Experience Cloud
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data modeling
  • Clear and professional communicator, able to engage directly with clients and translate business needs into effective solutions
  • Based in the U.S. with reliable availability during standard Eastern Time business hours

Nice to Have

  • Platform Developer I certification
  • Sharing and Visibility Architect certification
  • Experience developing Lightning Web Components
  • Familiarity with Marketing Cloud and Account Engagement (Pardot)
  • Working knowledge of SOQL and SOSL
  • Experience with Apex triggers and trigger handlers
  • Proven experience with deployment processes and tools
  • Experience with third-party and custom API integrations
  • Experience with payment gateways
